Woodbine Toyota, a growing, successful GTA dealer founded in 2003, has an opening for a permanent full-time Sales Manager. We are looking for a motivated, energetic and professional individual looking to ramp up the business.

Our successful candidate will be required to execute the standard responsibilities of a Sales Manager and coach and mentor the sales team through motivation, leadership and encouragement while striving for exceptional customer service standards and accountability. 

**Qualifications ** 

• 3+ years of experience in a progressive automotive sales management role preferred. 

• Proven sales abilities. 

• A passion for customer service. 

• Extensive experience in sales management and particularly that of staff motivation and development. 

• Strong working knowledge of motivation, training, appraisal and general supervisory skills. 

• Leadership ability and team building skills. 

• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. 

• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers. 

• Well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to develop conceptual alternatives. 

• High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability. 

• Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, etc.
