Financial Services Manager

Woodbine Toyota has an immediate requirement for an experienced Financial Services Manager to join our successful dealership in Etobicoke. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing financial services and other related products and services to dealership customers through your close working relationships with lenders and financial institutions.

In doing so, you will positively impact dealership revenue and profitability while ensuring overall customer satisfaction with the sales process.

We require: 

·         Minimum 2 years of Automotive Financial Services/Business Office experience

·         Being detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills

·         The capability to read, write, and speak English (all other languages are an asset) 

·         A valid full G Drivers License and OMVIC license 

·         A strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow

·         Proven track record for setting and achieving performance goals

·         Detailed understanding and strict compliance with all OMVIC, provincial and federal laws and regulations 

·         The highest of personal and professional integrity and willingness to always ‘do the right thing’ 

·         Ability to Apply constructive direction on a consistent basis
