Service Appointment Co-ordinator

Woodbine Toyota, a successful franchised dealership is looking for an experienced Service Appointment co-ordinator to join our team in Etobicoke.

 

Our front line staff are an integral part of our day-to-day business. Appointment Co-ordinator is responsible for being a customer facing member of the Service Team.

What you will do: 

·         Contact and set appointments with customers based on incoming calls, outbound ‘list’ calls and response to online bookings.

·         Book appointments for customers who missed their appointment or who declined prior work as per lists provided.

·         Aid the advisors in following up customers within 24 hours of the service or repair to elicit a TSR survey response.

·         Keep the appointments up to date within the DMS.

·         Receive payment from customers for service invoices or parts invoices using the payment options established by dealership management and based on company policy.  

  • Keep current on all new technical bulletins and open recall campaigns.

·         Other duties as assigned by management.

What We Look For:

·      3-5 years experience

·      Excellent time and people management skills.

·      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·      Able to work well with a team.

·      A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.

Pay:

·      $18.00 per hour

• English

• French not required
